By downloading, installing, or using Folivio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Folivio on iOS devices that you own or control.
2. Intended Use & Safety
Folivio provides tools to read, export, clean, and backup contacts stored in your iOS address book. While Folivio implements safety features—including pre-export previews, automatic vCard backups, and undo capabilities—you are ultimately responsible for reviewing proposed modifications before confirming duplicate merges or contact modifications.
3. Purchases & Upgrades
Folivio offers a free export test tier with optional lifetime upgrades unlocked via Apple StoreKit in-app purchases. All purchase transactions, billing, and refunds are managed exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with App Store terms and conditions.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Folivio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer of Folivio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the application, including data loss or corruption.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to consumer mobile software, excluding conflict of law principles.
