How to Re-Enable Contacts Permission
If you previously selected "Don't Allow" when Folivio requested Contacts access, iOS prevents the app from reading your address book. To re-enable access:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to find and tap Folivio.
- Toggle Contacts to On (or change permission to Full Access).
- Switch back to Folivio and your contacts will appear immediately.
How to Restore Past Purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone, your lifetime purchase can be restored at zero cost:
- Open Folivio and navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Authenticate with your Apple ID when prompted. Apple StoreKit will unlock your features automatically.
Opening Exported Files on Mac or PC
When you tap Share File in Folivio, you can:
- AirDrop: Send the file directly to your Mac or iPad to open in Numbers or Excel.
- Save to Files: Store the file in your iCloud Drive or iPhone local storage.
- Email / Messages: Send the spreadsheet as an attachment to yourself or colleagues.
